American Heart Walk

The Sound Tigers and the Sound Tigers Booster Club will jointly participate in the American Heart Association's Annual Heart Walk. The 2007 Fairfield County Heart Walk will take place at Sherwood Island State Park.

Pink Rink Night / American Cancer Society

The Sound Tigers have joined the fight against breast cancer by teaming with the American Cancer Society throughout the year. The Sound Tigers will host the Second Annual "Pink Rink" night to raise money for breast cancer research.

The Sound Tigers will also be present at a number of "Making Strides" events throughout the year.

 

Autism Awareness Day

The Sound Tigers and Cooperative Educational Services of Trumbull, in conjunction with ASCONN will once again be working together to raise money for Autism Awareness. On Sunday March 30th, 2008 the Sound Tigers and C.E.S. will host an Autism Awareness Day to inform the general public about the effects of Autism.

 

Special Olympics Weekend

March 28th, 29th & 30th

The Sound Tigers will again partner with the Special Olympics of Connecticut for a weekend of awareness, fundraising and honoring Connecticut’s Special Olympians.

Corporate Partners of the SOCT will again contribute dollar amounts per goal for the weekend and several in-game fundraising opportunities will exist for all three games with proceeds being donated to the Special Olympics.
